Plans, upgrading, and the trial

• Trial: 14 days of the Team plan, no card required. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only (nothing is deleted) until you pick a plan.
• Plans: Starter $149/mo (2 users, 15 active files), Team $399/mo (7 users, 50 files), Growth $899/mo (25 users, 150 files). Annual billing saves roughly two months. Enterprise/custom: contact us.
• Upgrade: Settings → Open plan & billing → choose a plan → pay by card via Stripe Checkout.
• Change or cancel: "Manage billing" opens the Stripe portal for card changes, invoices, and plan switches (prorated automatically). Cancelling is self-serve — one question, access until the period ends, and a free "pause for 2 months" option if it's just a slow season.
• Failed payments: we retry and email you; you get 10 days before the workspace goes read-only, and paying reactivates it instantly.

Your data is exportable at ANY time — even read-only or cancelled — via "Export all data (ZIP)."
