Common questions
What counts as an active file?+
An active file is a loan file with at least one document requested or received in the current billing month. Closed and archived files never count — keep your whole history in LendPacket at no extra cost.
What happens if I go over my plan's active files?+
Nothing stops working. Extra active files are simply billed at your plan's per-file overage rate ($12 on Starter, $10 on Team, $8 on Growth) at the end of the month.
How does the free trial work?+
Every trial is 14 days of the Team plan with no credit card required. At the end, pick the plan that fits — or walk away, no strings.
Are there per-borrower or per-document fees?+
No. Borrower uploads are unlimited on every plan, and we never charge by document count. You pay only for active files.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
