Automatic reminders (the no-chase engine)

LendPacket does the nagging so your team doesn't:

• Schedule: by default, a friendly reminder goes out on day 2, day 5, and day 9 after a request — edit the days in Settings → Automatic reminders, or switch reminders off firm-wide.
• Content: reminders list ONLY what's still outstanding, quote your rejection reasons where a new copy is needed, and carry the person's fresh upload link. Edit the wording in Settings → Email templates.
• They stop themselves the moment the checklist is complete, and never send more than one borrower email per 24 hours.
• Per-file mute: on any file page, the Emails card has a switch — "Muted for this file, nobody gets nudged."

Beyond the schedule, the "Follow up with one click" card lets the AI draft a personalized reminder that you edit and send whenever you like.
