The files board and custom stages

Files is a kanban board — drag files between columns as they progress. The default pipeline is Collecting → Review → Complete → Submitted → Closed, and admins can rename, add, remove, or reorder stages in Settings → Board stages (2–8 columns).

Two special behaviors: - Dragging a file into Closed actually closes it: borrower uploads stop, it leaves your active-file count, and reminders end. Dragging it back out reopens it. - A stage can't be removed while files sit in it — move them first.

Prefer a spreadsheet view? The List toggle switches to a sortable table and remembers your choice. Filters cover assignee, loan type, and health (needs attention / on track / complete).
