Exporting all your data

Your data is never hostage. Settings → Open plan & billing → Export all data (ZIP) downloads:

• Spreadsheets (CSV) of your loan files, people, checklists, document metadata, internal notes, and the full audit trail.
• Every stored document, organized in folders by loan file.

The export works even if your trial expired, a payment failed, or you cancelled — read-only accounts can always export. For a single loan file, use the file page's "Download package" instead. For the audit trail alone, both the file page and Settings offer CSV/PDF audit exports.
