Exporting a loan package (one bookmarked PDF)

When a file is ready to submit, the Download package card on the file page assembles everything:

• PDF package: every ACCEPTED document merged into one PDF — cover page with your firm and borrower details, a table of contents with page numbers, and sidebar bookmarks grouped by category (tax returns, bank statements, identity…), in standard lender order.
• ZIP instead: the same documents as files, in numbered category folders, with an INDEX.csv.

The build runs in the background with a progress bar (a typical file takes well under a minute) and the download link appears when ready. Only accepted documents are included — accept things first. Word/Excel files can't merge into a PDF; they're listed on the TOC and included in the ZIP version.
