Previewing and downloading documents

• Preview: PDFs and photos open right on the file page — no download needed. Word/Excel files are download-only.
• Download: click any filename. Downloads use short-lived signed links (they expire in about a minute), so a leaked URL is useless — copy the file, not the link.
• Every preview and download is recorded in the audit trail.

For everything at once, use Download package (see the package export article) or Settings → Billing → "Export all data" for a firm-wide ZIP.
